This policy explains how Level Up Sports Inc. ("Level Up Sports," "we," "us") handles the information you give us when you join the waitlist at levelupsports.com. Right now the site does one thing: it lets you sign up to be notified when we launch.

What we collect

• The email address you enter.
• Basic technical data that comes with any web request — a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. We store the IP only as a hash, for abuse prevention; we do not keep your raw IP.

We do not ask for your name, and we do not collect any financial, payment, or identity information on this site.

How we use it

• To email you about the launch and to send occasional updates afterward.
• To understand how many people have signed up and to prevent spam signups.

We do not sell your email address or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who processes it

The site and its waitlist database run on Cloudflare's platform, which processes and stores this data on our behalf. Bot protection on the form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you ask us to remove it or until we retire the waitlist after launch, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time. Every launch email will also include an unsubscribe link.
